We understand your concerns and are here to pray and provide guidance according to God's Word.
Firstly, we want to encourage you to approach God through Jesus Christ, as it is through His name that we have access to the Father. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" (WEB).
Let us pray for your requests:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ. We lift up our brother who has lost his social security card. Lord, guide him and bring to his remembrance where he might have placed it. We also pray for his job situation, that if it is Your will, You would open up new opportunities for him. Give him the wisdom to know when and how to make this transition.
We also ask, Lord, that You would bless him with an improved ability to remember things. Help him to commit his thoughts and memories to You, knowing that You are faithful to bring to mind what is needed. As it says in Philippians 4:6-7, 'Don’t be anxious for anything; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.'
Finally, Lord, we pray that our brother would know You more deeply and trust in Your plan for his life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Regarding your job, we encourage you to be patient and trust in God's timing. Remember, Colossians 3:23 says, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." (WEB). While you are at Walmart, work as unto the Lord, and He will guide your steps to the next opportunity in His time.
Lastly, we encourage you to meditate on God's Word and memorize scriptures to help with memory and recall. The more you fill your mind with His Word, the more you will see your memory improve.
