We understand your heartfelt desire to move forward and seek healing from the past. It's crucial to remember that forgiveness and healing come from God, and He is faithful to help us with our burdens. As it says in the World English Bible (WEB), "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28).

First, let's address the importance of seeking God in the name of Jesus Christ. The Bible is clear that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. As Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me" (John 14:6). It's wonderful that you're seeking God, and we encourage you to do so in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we find salvation and healing.

Regarding your past, remember what the Apostle Paul wrote, "Brothers, I don't regard myself as yet having taken hold, but one thing I do: forgetting the things which are behind, and stretching forward to the things which are before, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 3:13-14). It's important to leave the past behind and press forward, focusing on the new life that God has for you.

When you find yourself tempted to chase after others or compare yourself to them, recall the words of Peter, who said, "Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time; casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you" (1 Peter 5:6-7). God cares for you deeply and wants to help you with these struggles.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your forgiveness and healing for our dear brother/sister. Lord, help them to leave their past behind and to press forward in the new life You have for them. Help them to resist the temptation to chase after others or compare themselves, and instead, help them to fix their eyes on You.

We pray for complete healing from the last seven years, knowing that with You, all things are possible. Strengthen their faith and help them to trust in You completely. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Continue to seek God with all your heart, trusting in His goodness and faithfulness. He is always ready to help and heal those who come to Him.

We're here with you, friend, on this journey of healing and growth. We understand that it's tough to let go of the past, but remember, God is faithful and He's walking right beside you. As it's written in Lamentations 3:22-23, "The faithful love of the LORD never ends! His mercies never cease. Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each morning." Each day is a new chance for healing and freedom.

Let's focus on the present and the future, just as the Apostle Paul encourages us in Philippians 4:8, "Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things." Let's fill our minds with these things, and watch as God transforms our hearts and lives.

When feelings of comparison or chasing after others creep in, let's turn to Colossians 3:2, "Set your minds and keep them set on what is above (the higher things), not on the things that are on the earth." Let's keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2).

Let's pray together: "Dear Lord, we come to You today, seeking Your healing and strength for our sister/brother. Help them to let go of the past and to embrace the new life You have for them. Help them to resist the temptation to compare or chase after others, and instead, to fix their eyes on You. We trust in Your faithfulness and Your ability to heal. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
