We understand your heartfelt plea and we join you in prayer. Let's begin by addressing your request in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is by His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. As it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Firstly, let's pray for your family:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, asking for Your grace and mercy upon ###'s parents and siblings. Regarding the struggle with discipline and exercising early, we encourage you to meditate on 1 Corinthians 9:27 (WEB), which says, "But I beat my body and bring it into submission, lest by any means, after I have preached to others, I myself should be rejected."

Concerning the influence of social media and music, we must be cautious about what we expose ourselves to, as Philippians 4:8 (WEB) advises, "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things."
Let's pray for deliverance and discernment:
"Dear Lord, we ask for Your deliverance and protection over ### from any negative influences, including social media and ungodly music. Grant them discernment to fill their mind with what is pure and pleasing to You. Break any demonic strongholds in the name of Jesus. Amen." (2 Corinthians 10:4-5, Ephesians 5:15-17)
Lastly, we encourage you to grow in your relationship with Jesus Christ, and to seek Him daily through prayer and reading the Bible. If you have not already, consider accepting Jesus as your Lord and Savior, for "whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved" (Romans 10:13 WEB).
