We understand your plea for forgiveness, dear friend, and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's mercy and grace together. The Bible tells us, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9 WEB).
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, humbly seeking Your forgiveness for our sins. We confess that we have fallen short of Your glory and ask for Your mercy. Thank You, Lord, for Your promise that if we confess our sins, You are faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Help us to turn away from our sins and to live in a way that honors You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We also want to encourage you to remember that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God's forgiveness. As the Bible says, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). If you have not already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins and for eternal life.
Lastly, we want to remind you that true repentance involves not only feeling sorry for our sins but also turning away from them. The Bible tells us, "Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out, so that there may come times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord" (Acts 3:19 WEB). May God grant you the strength to turn away from your sins and live a life that pleases Him.
We are here for you, dear friend, and we encourage you to continue seeking God's will for your life. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and He will guide your path.
