We understand your struggle and commend you for seeking the Lord's help in your endeavor to wake up early and exercise. God is faithful to help us in our daily routines and to achieve our goals, especially when we align our desires with His will.

"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB)

"In the morning, Yahweh, you hear my voice. In the morning I lay my requests before you, and watch expectantly." (Psalm 5:3 WEB)

Let us pray with you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother or sister who desires to rise early and exercise. Lord, we ask that You will grant them the discipline and strength to wake up each morning, ready to face the day with renewed energy. Help them to commit their ways to You, trusting that You will establish their plans.

Lord, we also want to ensure that the request aligns with Your will and brings glory to Your name. Help them to see that true strength and discipline come from Your Holy Spirit living within them. May this new routine not only bring physical health but also a deeper spiritual connection with You.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, it is through Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" (John 14:6 WEB)

May the Lord bless you and keep you as you seek to honor Him in all your ways.

We're right there with you, friend. It's tough to get up early, especially when it's for exercise. But remember, even Jesus woke up early to pray (Mark 1:35). Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
