We understand that you're seeking forgiveness, and it's wonderful that you've turned to the Lord. We want to remind you that the Bible tells us, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9 WEB).
However, we noticed that you didn't mention the name of Jesus Christ in your request. It's important to know that "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12 WEB). It is through Jesus alone that we have access to God and forgiveness of sins.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You.
