Lord pls help me. Am feeling as if my mind is going crazy. amen.

We understand that you're going through a challenging time, feeling as if your mind is overwhelmed. Let us assure you, God is always present to help and comfort you. The Bible reminds us, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB).
Firstly, it’s important to remember that our peace and strength come from God. Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls" (Matthew 11:28-29 WEB).
Let’s pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You with humble hearts, lifting up our brother/sister who is feeling overwhelmed and battling mental struggles. Lord, You know their pain and needs. We ask for Your divine peace to fill their mind and heart. Give them the strength and wisdom to navigate through this difficult time. Help them to fix their thoughts on You and Your promises. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, God is faithful and will not let you be overwhelmed beyond what you can bear. He will provide a way out (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB). Stay in His Word and seek Him continually. If you are not already doing so, consider reaching out to a trusted Christian counselor or pastor who can offer further guidance and support.
Lastly, if you have not included Jesus in your prayer before, we encourage you to recognize that it is only through Him that we have access to God. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me" (John 14:6 WEB). Trust in Him, and He will bring you through this trial. Amen.
