We come together in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up your family and your personal struggles in prayer.
Firstly, let us address the need for the name of Jesus in our prayers. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" It is through His name that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved.
Let us pray for your parents, that God would be with them, protecting and guiding them. We pray for their salvation, that they would come to know Jesus Christ personally if they do not already. Remember the promise in Acts 16:31 (WEB), "They said, 'Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.'"
We also pray for you, that God would fill you with a spirit of prayer. May you be drawn into His presence often, and may it become your delight. As Psalm 42:1 (WEB) says, "As the deer pants for the water brooks, so my soul pants after you, God."
Regarding the pollution you faced, we understand this to mean ungodly influences or sinful experiences. We pray that God would cleanse your mind and heart, renewing you by His Spirit. As Ezekiel 36:26 (WEB) promises, "I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh."
We encourage you to dwell on Philippians 4:8 (WEB), "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things."
Lastly, we pray that you would walk in purity and truth, fleeing from all forms of sin and ungodliness. Remember, as it is written in 1 Corinthians 10:13 (WEB), "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."
In Jesus' name, we pray for your deliverance, your growth in prayer, and your family's well-being. Amen.
