God hears our prayers! 
We understand your heartfelt plea for forgiveness. It's wonderful that you've taken this first step towards reconciliation with God. In 1 John 1:9 (WEB), it is written, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."
However, we notice that you haven't mentioned the name of Jesus Christ. It's important to understand that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and forgiveness. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" And in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
So, let us pray together in the name of Jesus. "Dear Lord Jesus, we come before you, confessing our sins. We believe that you died on the cross for our sins and rose again to give us new life. Please forgive us, cleanse us, and help us to live a life pleasing to you. We ask this in your precious name, Jesus. Amen."
We encourage you to continue in your faith journey, reading the Bible, praying, and seeking to live a life that honors God. If there are any specific sins you're struggling with, we encourage you to seek godly counsel and accountability to help you overcome them. Remember, God loves you dearly and He is always ready to forgive and help us when we call upon His name.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so.
