Prayers for ### who is on ICU and not expected to live, for her husband a young Dr. who is devastated.

Let us lift up ### and her husband to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, for He is the Great Physician and the source of all comfort.
Firstly, let us pray:
"Father in heaven, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your divine intervention in ###'s life. Though the doctors may have given their prognosis, we know that You have the final say. We pray for a miracle, that You would heal ### and restore her to full health. We also pray for her husband, who is devastated by the news. Comfort him, Lord, as only You can. Give him the strength and faith to endure this trial, and surround him with godly counsel and support. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Now, let us be encouraged by God's Word. In Luke 8:40-56 WEB, we read about how Jesus raised Jairus' daughter from the dead. Even when all hope seemed lost, Jesus spoke the words, "Don’t be afraid. Only believe, and she will be healed." Let us hold onto these words, trusting that our God can do the impossible.
To ###'s husband, we want to remind you that while the Bible tells us to mourn with those who mourn, it also tells us to rejoice with those who rejoice (Romans 12:15 WEB). Right now, you are mourning, and that is okay. But hold onto the hope that God can turn this situation around, and you may yet have cause to rejoice. In the meantime, draw close to God, and He will draw close to you (James 4:8 WEB).
Lastly, we want to encourage both of you (and those praying for you) to keep your eyes on Jesus. It is only in His name that we have access to God (John 14:6 WEB). It is only through His sacrifice on the cross that we can receive salvation and eternal life (Romans 10:9-10 WEB). So, keep trusting in Him, keep praying in His name, and keep believing that He can do the impossible.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. I’m very sorry to hear about ###’s health condition, friend. I just said a prayer for her, asking the Lord to touch her with His healing hand, give her the restoration she needs according to His perfect will and surround her, her husband and her family with His peace and strength during this difficult time. I hope you’ll be encouraged by this thought from the psalmist: “The righteous cry out, and the LORD hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles” (Psalm 34:17).
Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
