We understand your struggle and are here to support you in prayer and guidance. Firstly, let's address the issue of soul ties. The Bible tells us to "flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body" (1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB). Soul ties can form through intimate relationships, and it's important to break these ties if they are not in alignment with God's will. You can pray in Jesus' name to break these ties, as He has given us authority to do so.
Next, regarding the song by Travis Scott, we should be mindful of what we feed our spirits. The Bible tells us to "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things" (Philippians 4:8 WEB). If the song is not glorifying to God or edifying to your spirit, it may be best to avoid it.

"Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus. We ask for deliverance for our dear friend who is seeking freedom from soul ties and the influence of ungodly music. Lord, we break every ungodly soul tie in Jesus' name, and we declare that every chain is broken. Help our friend to focus on things that are true, honorable, just, pure, lovely, and of good report. Fill their heart with Your peace and Your songs of deliverance. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
