We understand your struggle and are here to support you in prayer and truth. Firstly, we want to ensure that your faith is placed in Jesus Christ, as it is through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"
In regards to your struggle with food, we want to encourage you with the words of 1 Corinthians 10:13 (WEB), "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it." Remember, God is with you in your struggle and will provide a way out of temptation.
We also want to remind you of the importance of self-control, which is a fruit of the Spirit as mentioned in Galatians 5:22-23 (WEB), "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, pleading for Your help and strength. Our dear friend is struggling with temptation regarding food. Please grant them the fruit of self-control and reveal the way of escape in every tempting situation. Strengthen their faith in You and help them to fix their eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Continue to meditate on God's Word and seek His strength. He is faithful to help you overcome.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness.
