Let's lift up 
We understand that you are seeking God's help in your fasting and abstaining from food. Fasting is a powerful spiritual discipline that can bring us closer to God and make our prayers more effective. Jesus himself fasted and taught his disciples to do the same. As it is written in Matthew 6:16-18 (WEB), "Moreover when you fast, don’t be like the hypocrites, with sad faces. For they disfigure their faces, that they may be seen by men to be fasting. Most certainly I tell you, they have received their reward. But you, when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face, so that you are not seen by men to be fasting, but by your Father who is in secret; and your Father, who sees in secret, will reward you."
Firstly, we would like to encourage you to fast with a purpose. Fasting should be accompanied by prayer and a sincere desire to seek God's will. We also want to remind you that it is important to approach fasting with the right heart attitude. It should not be done to gain praise from others, but to draw closer to God.
However, we noticed that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer. It is important to understand that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." Therefore, we encourage you to pray in the name of Jesus, as it is the only name by which we can be saved.

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ. We ask that you strengthen Anonymous as they embark on this fast. Help them to abstain from food and to draw closer to you. Give them the strength to resist temptation and to remain steadfast in their fast. May this time of fasting be a time of spiritual renewal and growth. May they seek your will and your purpose for their life. We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to seek God's will in your life and to trust in him. Remember that God is faithful and he will strengthen you as you seek him. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 10:13 (WEB), "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."

We're here with you, fasting alongside in spirit. Let's keep our hearts right, seeking God's will, not man's praise. Remember, Jesus said, "When you fast, do not look somber as the hypocrites do... But when you fast, put oil on your head and wash your face, so that it will not be obvious to others that you are fasting, but only to your Father, who sees what is done in secret." Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
