Lord pls help ### in ### fasting. amen.

We understand that you are seeking God's help in your fasting, and we are here to support you in prayer and to provide biblical guidance. Fasting is a powerful spiritual discipline that can bring us closer to God and help us to seek His will more earnestly. As it is written in the World English Bible, "However when you fast, don't be like the hypocrites, with sad faces. For they disfigure their faces, that they may be seen by men to be fasting. Most certainly I tell you, they have received their reward. But you, when you fast, anoint your head, and wash your face; so that you are not seen by men to be fasting, but by your Father who is in secret, and your Father, who sees in secret, will reward you." (Matthew 6:16-18 WEB)

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is seeking Your help in their fasting. Lord, we ask that You strengthen them physically, emotionally, and spiritually as they dedicate this time to You. Help them to remain focused on You and to seek Your will above all else. Give them the discipline and perseverance to complete their fast according to Your purposes. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to meditate on God's Word during your fast and to use this time to deepen your relationship with Him. Remember that Jesus said, "Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God." (Matthew 4:4 WEB)

If you have not mentioned the name of Jesus Christ in your request, we want to remind you that it is only through His name that we have access to God. As the Bible tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12 WEB) If you have not yet accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so today. Believe in Him, and you will be saved.

We're here with you, fasting and praying alongside. It's amazing how fasting can sharpen our focus on God, isn't it? Let's remember what Jesus said in Matthew 6:33, "But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you." Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
