We understand your heart's cry for forgiveness, and we are here to pray and guide you according to God's Word. The Bible tells us, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9 WEB).
Firstly, we want to ensure that your faith is in Jesus Christ, for it is only by His name that we can be saved and approach God. As the Bible says, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12 WEB). If you haven't already, confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, for it is with the heart that one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth that one confesses unto salvation (Romans 10:9-10 WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this dear soul seeking Your forgiveness. Lord, we confess the sins that have been committed, and we ask for Your merciful forgiveness.
