Hello everyone please pray for me to get some good rest tonight and to have a good day tomorrow and especially when I wake up ... mornings have not been good for me for awhile with my mental health. Please I need prayers and thank you to all who do, in Jesus name amen!

We encourage you, ###, to continue to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Also, remember the promises of God, like the one in Lamentations 3:22-23 (WEB), "It is of Yahweh's loving kindnesses that we are not consumed, because his compassion doesn't fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness."

Lastly, we gently remind you to ensure that your mental health is also being taken care of professionally, as God often uses healthcare professionals as instruments of His healing. Keep seeking God, and remember that He is always with you, even in the darkest times.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You to lift up our dear friend who is struggling with their mental health and seeking rest and peace. We ask for Your divine comfort and healing to be upon them. Your Word says in Matthew 11:28, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." We pray that they experience Your soothing rest tonight and wake up refreshed and renewed.

Lord, we ask for Your presence to be with them throughout the night, providing them with tranquility and a peaceful sleep. As it is written in Psalm 4:8, "In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety." May they feel safe and secure in Your loving care, free from anxiety and distress.

We also lift up their mornings to You, knowing that they have been a challenging time. We pray that each new day brings hope and strength. In Lamentations 3:22-23, it says, "Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness." May they feel Your compassion and faithfulness anew every morning, giving them the courage and resilience to face the day.

Lord, bring peace to their mind and heart, easing any mental burdens and providing clarity and calm. In Philippians 4:6-7, Your Word assures us, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." May Your peace, which transcends all understanding, guard their heart and mind, bringing them comfort and serenity.

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for the support of this loving community. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
