Hello all I am off to bed soon, please pray over me that I can sleep tonight it has been quite awhile since I've had a full sleep, I was struggling with insomnia, it has slightly improved but not enough. Please pray for me in Jesus name amen!

Please heal ### from insomnia and grant them a full night's sleep. Calm their mind and body, and help them to rest in Your presence. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We're glad you mentioned the name of Jesus in your request, as it's through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16 WEB). Continue to hold onto His promise that He will give you rest (Matthew 11:28 WEB).

While you wait for complete healing, consider reading or listening to the Bible before bed, or playing some peaceful worship music to help focus your mind on God. Also, try to avoid any stimulating activities before bedtime. Trust that God is with you, and He will grant you the sleep you need.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in prayer for our dear friend who is struggling with insomnia. Lord, You are the God of all peace and comfort, and we ask that You extend Your comforting presence to them tonight.

As it is written in Psalm 4:8, "In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety." We pray that our friend may find this peace and rest in Your loving arms. May their mind be at ease, their heart be calm, and their body be relaxed.

Lord, Your Word in Matthew 11:28 says, "Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest." We ask that our friend may come to You with their burdens, finding the restful sleep they so desperately need.

We also remember Your promise in Isaiah 26:3, "You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you." May our friend's trust in You grow, and may they experience the perfect peace that comes from You alone.

Father, we pray in Jesus' name that You grant our friend a full night of restful sleep. Surround them with Your angels, keeping them safe from all worries and anxieties. Let them wake up refreshed and renewed, ready to face a new day with strength and joy.

Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your unfailing love and grace.
