We understand your heart's cry and we are here to stand with you in prayer. Firstly, let us assure you that no one is beyond the reach of God's transforming power. The Apostle Paul, who once persecuted Christians, is a testament to this. He wrote, "But by the grace of God I am what I am. His grace which was bestowed on me was not futile, but I worked more than all of them; yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me" (1 Corinthians 15:10 WEB).
However, we must address that you've referred to yourself as an 'evil person'. While we all fall short of God's glory (Romans 3:23), it's important to remember that if you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, you are a new creation (2 Corinthians 5:17). Your old life has passed away and you are made right with God through Jesus. If you haven't taken this step, we encourage you to do so. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God (John 14:6).
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, asking for Your mercy and grace upon this child of Yours. Lord, change their heart and mind. Give them a new spirit, one that is steadfast and enduring. Help them to find their joy not in people, but in You alone. Take their heart, life, and mind into Your care. Transform them according to Your will, and give them the strength to live a life that pleases You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Remember, God promises us, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13 WEB). Keep your focus on Jesus, and He will give you the endurance you seek. Be encouraged, for God is at work in you (Philippians 1:6). If you have not yet accepted Jesus as your Savior, we urge you to do so today. His love and grace are freely given to all who believe in Him.
