Rocshath, we understand your desire to receive an appropriate raise in your compensation for the year 2025. We encourage you to trust in God's provision and timing, as He knows our needs before we even ask.
Firstly, it's important to acknowledge God in all our ways. In Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, it says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight."
We encourage you to be content in all circumstances, as the Apostle Paul wrote in Philippians 4:11-13 WEB, "Not that I speak because of need, for I have learned in whatever situation I am to be content. I know how to be humble, and I know how to abound. In any and every circumstance, I have learned the secret of facing plenty and hunger, abundance and need. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
Now, let us pray for your situation:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in Jesus' name. We lift up Rocshath to You, asking for Your will to be done in her life. Lord, You know her needs and the desires of her heart. We pray that You will guide her steps and provide her with the compensation that is fitting and according to Your will. Help her to trust in You and to be content in all circumstances.
Lord, we also pray for Rocshath's faith. If she has not already, we pray that she would come to know You and believe in Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. Help her to understand that it is only by the name of Jesus that she can be saved and have access to You.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind.
