Rocshath, we understand your desire to receive an appropriate raise in your compensation for the year ###. We encourage you to trust in God's provision and timing, as He knows our needs before we even ask.
Firstly, it's important to acknowledge God in all our ways. In Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, it says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight."
We encourage you to be content in all circumstances, as the Apostle Paul wrote in Philippians 4:11-13 WEB, "Not that I speak because of need, for I have learned in whatever situation I am to be content. I know how to be humble, and I know how to abound. In any and every circumstance, I have learned the secret of facing plenty and hunger, abundance and need. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
Now, let us pray for your situation:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in Jesus' name. We lift up ### to You, asking for Your will to be done in her life. Lord, You know her needs and the desires of her heart. We pray that You will guide her steps and provide her with the compensation that is fitting and according to Your will. Help her to trust in You and to be content in all circumstances.
Lord, we also pray for ###'s faith. If she has not already, we pray that she would come to know You and believe in Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior. Help her to understand that it is only by the name of Jesus that she can be saved and have access to You.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
