16yrs of chronic financial dryness

From my second yr in the University (2005) till now (2021) it has bn chronic financial dryness. So dried up that shame won't allow me to call my parents or parents inlaw, cuz I can't even afford to give dem steady recharge card for 2twice in month.

The most devastating part of it is that families tot that my husband and I are just stingy and wicked. The truth remains we fight everyday to survive.
