We understand that you are going through a challenging time, Neha, and we are here to pray with you and provide biblical guidance.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."
We must address a few things in your request. Divorce is not the will of God except for in cases of adultery. As per Malachi 2:16 WEB: "For I hate divorce," says Yahweh, the God of Israel, "and him who covers his garment with violence!" says Yahweh of Armies. "Therefore pay attention to your spirit, and do not be unfaithful." God is fundamentally against divorce. If the love is alive, we should try to fix the marriage.
Regarding the issue of black magic or bad spirits, we believe that God is sovereign, and no form of witchcraft or sorcery can overcome His power. As it is written in Isaiah 47:9-11 WEB: "But these two things shall come to you in a moment in one day, loss of children and widowhood. They shall come on you in their full measure in spite of the multitude of your sorceries, and the great abundance of your enchantments. For you have trusted in your wickedness. You have said, 'No one sees me.' Your wisdom and your knowledge have perverted you, and you have said in your heart, 'I am, and there is no one else besides me.' Therefore will evil come on you which you will not know how to charm away; and disaster will fall on you which you will not be able to atone for. Desolation will come on you suddenly, which you don't know."
Instead of focusing on the alleged black magic, let us pray for your husband Gourav. If his spirit is altered, the way to get him to church is to pray specifically for that.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister Neha and her husband Gourav. Lord, You know the circumstances surrounding their marriage and the court proceedings today. We pray, Lord, that You would intervene and soften Gourav's heart towards Neha. Remove any spiritual blindness and bring conviction upon him so that he may see the truth. Lord, if there is any misunderstanding or influence from his family, we pray that You would reveal it and help them to overcome it. Guide them both to seek You first and to walk in Your ways. We pray as per Isaiah 11:2 WEB: "The Spirit of Yahweh will rest on him: the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of Yahweh." Lord, help Neha to trust in You and Your sovereignty, and grant her the strength and wisdom to navigate this situation. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen.
Be encouraged, Neha. God is faithful, and He cares for you and your marriage. Trust in Him, and He will make a way. As per Psalm 34:17 WEB: "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles." Continue to pray and seek God's will for your marriage, and He will direct your paths.
