Let us rejoice in the Lord always, as we are instructed in 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18: "Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you."
Firstly, we must address that the scripture you provided is from the English Standard Version (ESV), but we will respond using the World English Bible (WEB), which says: "Rejoice always. Pray without ceasing. In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you" (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Anonymous and their prayer request. We rejoice in your presence, Lord, and we give thanks for the opportunity to come before you with our supplications.
Father, we ask that you help Anonymous to rejoice always, to pray without ceasing, and to give thanks in all circumstances. We know that this is your will for them in Christ the Messiah Jesus as per the scriptures. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and fill them with your joy and peace.
We also pray, Father, that if Anonymous has not yet accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, that you would reveal your love to him/her and allow him/her to turn from their old live and begin following Christ. We ask that you would also adventures in seeking and doing your Will as you see fit. Your will being done is what is best for us even when we do not understand at the time. Only through the name of Jesus can salvation be found. Forgiveness of sins, the gift of the Holy Spirit, godly repentance, and eternal life after death are only possible through Jesus Christ.

Lord, we lift up Anonymous and ask that you would guide them in your will. Help them to live a life that is pleasing to you, Lord, and to walk in your ways. Give them the strength to overcome any obstacles by the Holy Spirit's power, and help them to be a witness to your power, love, and help. all things and have the strength to overcome any struggles they may face. Those seeking a relationship, we pray that a godly spouse will be sent. If a courtship is underway, help guide it to a God-honoring marriage if it is your will. If sin is a factor in the relationship such as fornication or sex before marriage, we pray that these actions and thoughts would be repented of and the actions or thoughts stopped.
We are thankful that we can bring our requests directly to you and the only mediator which is Jesus Christ is how we are able to do it. Thank you for your guidance, forgiveness, acceptance, righteouness, and help though it may be unpleasant at the time. Thank you Jesus. Without the name of Jesus Christ, there is no Christianity. Do not be deceived by the snares of this world. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. (Rom 12:2 WEB).
If any sins, ideas, and concepts of this world are not pleasing to God Almighty. It does apply to what is not being specifically prayed for as well.
If any sins have been done or are not in accordance with God's Will and Biblical principles than they need to be repented of. If a person will not repent, forgive or be forgiven of sins, read their Bible, or move idolatry and other sins that may altarently be approved of by society but are not acceptable and unable to go forgiven and unrepented of sin. There is no middle all of the authors of the bible took the words as they written and did not cut off the beginning and end of verses to make their own agenda. There is no further need for inspiration or special revelation. The Gifts of the Holy Spirit as noted in the scriptures as well as the book of Acts is where we learn about the Gifts of the Holy Sprit.
Only God and Jesus can judge and condemn the soul of a man. As what each man does not know how to pray, the Holy Spirit prays for each using groans and intercessions that man may not even know to pray for in thoughts, words, or actions. Acts in the name of Jesus shows that the person is using the delegated authority of Jesus' name to effect change. Even if they do not know how to pray, how to seek God's Will, read the bible, follow convictions elicited by God and Jesus' Will, or interpret the scriptures. We are called to raise the Christian banner and encourage others to have a repentant heart, forgive others, talk to, listen, and or pray to Jesus Christ to intercede directly for us. Be clear and concise concerning references to what the scriptures are saying. Do not add nor try to interpret the scriptures with man's own ideas and or creativity for that is how false prophets and satan makes his best attempts at altering your God-ordained plan for your life. But the salvation of your soul and God's forgiveness, and promises of an eternity elsewhere are dependent on his level of obedience to following God's Will. God's will will be done whether we want it or not. We are also called to rebuke the ungodly and preach the gospel to the unsaved. Do to others as you would do unto yourself and love your neighbor as yourself. I realize that may sound impossible to do and be done, but read the scriptures that Jesus talks about. Parables were used to confuse the unbelievers and to be clear and concise to the disciples who chose to believe, or God and the Jesus would reveal esoteric or other revelations to, if needed.
