Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of Anonymous, who has submitted a prayer request. We thank you for the reminder from Proverbs that life and death are in the power of the tongue. We ask for wisdom and discernment in our words, that we may speak life and blessings over ourselves and others.
Lord, we pray for a deep understanding of the wisdom found in Proverbs, that we may find true life in you. Help us to seek after wisdom and to apply it to our lives, that we may walk in your ways and experience the abundant life you have promised.
We also lift up the request to abolish age, aging, and ageism. Lord, we know that you are the giver of life and that you have numbered our days. We ask for your grace and mercy to be upon those who are facing the challenges of aging, that they may find strength and comfort in you. Help us to honor and respect the elderly, both in our words and actions, as we are reminded in Ephesians to honor our parents.
Lastly, Lord, we thank you for the promise of eternal life through faith in Jesus Christ. We pray that all who believe in you may experience the fullness of this eternal life, both now and in the age to come. May your love and grace abound in our lives, and may we live in a way that brings glory to your name.
