We understand your heart's cry and we stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will according to His Word.

Firstly, we rejoice with you in your upcoming marriage. We pray that God will bless your union and that it will be a testimony of His love and faithfulness. As it is written in Ephesians 5:25-28 (WEB): "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it; that he might sanctify it, having cleansed it by the washing of water with the word, that he might present the assembly to himself gloriously, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish. Even so husbands also ought to love their own wives as their own bodies. He who loves his own wife loves himself."

We pray for the breaking of any curses over your family, as you have requested. We stand on the promise in Galatians 3:13 (WEB): "Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, 'Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree.'"

We pray for God's mercy, provision, and blessings upon you, your fiancé, and your family. As it is written in Psalm 37:25 (WEB): "I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread."

We pray for God's protection over you, your siblings, your father, and your fiancé. As it is written in Psalm 91:11 (WEB): "For he will command his angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways."

We pray that God will reveal Himself to you, that you may hear and see from Him. As it is written in Jeremiah 33:3 (WEB): "Call to me, and I will answer you, and will show you great and difficult things, which you don’t know."

We pray that God will silence those who mock you and that He will use you to change your family's story. As it is written in Psalm 35:27 (WEB): "Let them shout for joy and be glad, who favor my righteous cause. Yes, let them say continually, ' Yahweh be magnified, who has pleasure in the prosperity of his servant!'"

We pray that God will grant you the desire of your heart to travel, if it is His will. As it is written in Psalm 37:4 (WEB): "Delight yourself also in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart."

Lastly, we pray that you and your family will never be forsaken by God. As it is written in Hebrews 13:5 (WEB): "...for he has said, 'I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.'"

We notice that your prayer requests do not mention the name of Jesus. We encourage you to pray in Jesus' name, for it is written in John 14:6 (WEB): "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God.
