Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and their prayer requests to you. We thank you for the privilege of prayer and for the promise that when we ask anything according to your will, you hear us.

Lord, we pray that you would make a name for yourself through ###'s life. May their life be a testimony of your goodness, grace, and power.
