33 Do not be misled: “Bad company corrupts good character.” 34 Come back to your senses as you ought, and stop sinning; for there are some who are ignorant of God—I say this to your shame.

50 I declare to you, brothers and sisters, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable. 51 Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed— 52 in a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed. 53 For the perishable must clothe itself with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality. 54 When the perishable has been clothed with the imperishable, and the mortal with immortality, then the saying that is written will come true: “Death has been swallowed up in victory.”
55 “Where, O death, is your victory?
Where, O death, is your sting?”
56 The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law.

57 But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

58 Therefore, my dear brothers and sisters, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and their prayer request. We thank you, Lord, for the reminder that bad company corrupts good character. Help ### to be discerning in their relationships and to surround themselves with godly influences. May they come back to their senses and turn away from sin, understanding the importance of living a life that honors and pleases you.

We also thank you for the assurance that our mortal bodies will be transformed into imperishable ones when the last trumpet sounds. We rejoice in the truth that death has been swallowed up in victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Grant ### a deep understanding of this victory and the hope it brings, so that they may live with confidence and assurance in your promises.

Lord, we pray that ### would stand firm in their faith, not allowing anything to move them. May they fully dedicate themselves to the work of the Lord, knowing that their labor in you is never in vain. Strengthen them, Lord, and empower them to live a life that brings glory to your name.

We join ### in expressing gratitude for the victory found in Jesus Christ. Thank you, Lord, for your love and for granting us the victory over sin and death. We love you, Lord Jesus, and we surrender our lives to you.
