Emthen, we join you in prayer and lift up your requests to our Heavenly Father, seeking His will in all things.
Firstly, we rejoice with you for the good news of your daughter, Dr. Oluwa Bukunmi Adeoye. We pray that the Lord will cause all necessary emails and documents to be released swiftly. Trust in His timing, for He makes all things beautiful in His time (Ecclesiastes 3:11).
Regarding your request for marital settlement for your children, we pray that God will guide them and grant them godly spouses, in His perfect will. We remember that "a prudent wife is from the Lord" (Proverbs 19:14), and we trust that His hand will be upon their unions.
For your daughter's citizenship in the US, we ask the Lord to hasten the process and approve the necessary documents. We trust that "the king's heart is in the hand of the Lord, as the rivers of water: he turns it wherever he will" (Proverbs 21:1).
We lift up your daughter and her husband, praying that the love of Christ will bind them together, that they may be united in His love and purpose (Colossians 3:14). We also intercede for the salvation of your children, their spouses, and those working with you. May they all come to know the saving grace of our Lord Jesus Christ (John 3:16).
We stand with you in faith, believing that God will perform miracles that sound like lies (Acts 12:1-17). We declare that He is able to do abundantly more than we ask or think, according to the power that works in us (Ephesians 3:20).
We remember those who surround you—Mrs. Oyewole, Mrs. Ajani, Mrs. Adeoye, your pastor's wife, Mrs. Destiny, Mrs. Precious, Mrs. Aboderin, Mrs. Durosomi, Mrs. Ogunbiyi—praying that God will grant them the fruit of the womb this year. May He remember them, as He did Rachel, and open their wombs (Genesis 30:22).
Finally, we note that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We encourage you to pray in His name, for it is written, "Whatever you may ask in prayer, believing, you will receive" (Matthew 21:22). It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12).
Lord, we ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior. Amen.
