Kindly pray for a financial breakthrough. Need $3500 to pay the bills for the condo to afford to keep up with its yearly bills. It is not to afford stuff for the holidays or anything like that. It is cheaper to own than to rent. God Bless Everyone. IJNIP, AMEN.
