yearly appraisal meeting

i have my yearly appraisal meeting in hour from now. i wish it goes smoothly and my manager give me good band so that my salary appraisal is good and satisfactory to run my home finances smoothly. God! its up to You i look. Please help me through situation which i need help to handle.
