Don't know why my chest hurts, back and under the balls of my feet so itchy now can't sleep please help and they do a good job soon with yardwork lord

Jesus please help my son at school today with testing and stay awake and alert. Please let his teachers be nice. Please also let my husband get up and help me with house and yardwork. I am so sick and tired of having to do everything myself. I also think he might be making up car problems...
