wrong antibiotic

. my left leg is enlarged from the hip down and i am very fearful due to covid to go to a hospital, my dr. wants me to go to the hospital, he refused to see me. i am in excruciating pain and can barely walk due to the pain. i might have blocked veins and a blood clot. i do not trust hospitals...
