witch warlock

This request may sound extreme, but necessary in this situation. I need Exodus 22:18 activated and executed. Jerome is a witch/warlock and has not stop sending out demons to viciously torture me. I am in so much pain. He is obsessed. I do want his curses to be rendered ineffective.
