    Please no more noise!!!

    For me is noise very stressful thing. Please no noise in and around my building. People meeting and chatting under my window/balcony . Cars with engine on for more then 5 min under my window balcony. Drilling machines, hammers. Sometimes unbearable. A little dog barking whole day on someones...
