wee early hrs

prayer warriors; pls pls pray; the enemy has hit me w/ so much anxiety and worry that i'm having insomnia. I get up early & then later in eve. want to go to bed early--very disrupted sleep. I'm used to sleeping @ 10:30 pm and getting up @ 6pm. this isn't happening--i'm waking up in the wee early...
