weak disposition

I have so many issues: I have neuroticism, anxiety, depression, and just in general a negative and weak disposition. I’ve prayed so much to God and Jesus to turn my life around but nothing. I feel like ending my life. Why does God and Jesus not help me? What am I doing wrong? It’s so exhausting...
