upper left lip

Oh almighty Lord, You know everything about us as we all are your children. Since 5/6 days a small wound appears on my upper left lip which seems to be spreading. I am becoming afraid as I love my family and they have no one else other than me. So please oh God bless me to heal my wound quickly.
