unreliable handymen

I have a door that has a compressor on top, that stabilizes it opening and closing, and it came askew and needs to be fixed.. There are 2 handymen on the grounds ,and they've both proven to be unreliable, promise to come around but don't.Which is bad enough , but now it got worse, the top ...
