unknown fear

I have unknown fear in my heart.i fear peoples. I don't know where it comes from. And i am in deep sorrow because of it. Please pray for me

From 3 years onwards I'm suffering from unknown fear, Shivering, nervous, tension and overthinking. I'm unable to come out of it. I request you all to pray for me to come out of my problem.
