unhealthy pregnancy

Iam 7 weeks pregnant but fetal heart rate was not detected ..They asked me to repeat the scan after one weeks .if it is not present they asked me to consider unhealthy pregnancy.i did my consultation at Bangalore.. Tomorrow iam going again for consultations in Kerala...I want to take covenant...
