ultrasound report baby

Please pray 4 my wife,she is 1n half month pregnant,but by the ultrasound report,baby is not visible in d womb,which means the egg is in her fallopian tube which may lead to sharp pain or heavy bleeding n can cause medical emergency,n it is life threatening too.my only hope is god,amen.
