ulcer hernia hypertension borderline diabetes

I am 69 and doctor discover I have an ulcer, hernia, hypertension, border line diabetes and my cholesterol is a bit high too. At night my stomach seem to trouble me if I wipe up in the middle of the night I do not fall asleep quick again. Please keep me in your prayers. God bless
