two previous back surgeries

My little Jack Russell mix has injured his back yet again. He has IVDD and two previous back surgeries. He has reinjuried himself and is in a lot of pain. Spent the day yesterday at the ER for him but so far he's not responding well to the medication. I can't bear to lose him, he is my companion...
