twisted muscle

I was kneeling in the bed and as I went down with my legs I felt something twisting On my right side of the abdomen and now the right side of my abdomen a hurting Right below the rib cage. Please pray that if there is a thorn muscle or twisted muscle they it is repaired. Thank you all!
