toilette phone wires connection

Lord, my mom has totaly neglected the appartement. She postpones some repairs and shoppings for years. Lord let her repair toilette, phone wires/connection and let her buy a new frige - she relies on the cold outside??. She has money but she has fears. Lord please let her come to senses.
