Prayer against the spirit of timidity in my life

“For God did not give us a spirit of timidity or cowardice or fear, but [He has given us a spirit] of power and of love and of sound judgment and personal discipline [abilities that result in a calm, well-balanced mind and self-control].” 2nd Timothy 1:7

please pray against terrible panic attacks and anxiety. The Bible says He did not give us a spirit of fear and timidity but of love power and a sound mind. Also that I can give up smoking He delivered me from heroin methadone crack marijuana but I still smoke cigerettes. Thanks for praying God bless

Thanks a lot for your prayers. My sister Sheena is gradually improving her health after pittuttary gland surgery . From night ,11 O clock,she is crying wth timidity that her eyes
