time of need property dealer

I hv a very small piece of land which i had kept for the time of need. Property dealer is talking with someone for it's sale but hardly getting peanuts inspite of waiting for so many years. He is saying we should close the deal in 4 to 5 days. Since i have seen the miracles of prayers please...
