thin red vein

Please, pray for my eyes. I coughed really hard a couple of days ago and now I have a red vein on the right side of my right eye. That wasn’t there before. It’s a thin red vein but it looks weird. Please, pray the vein goes down on my right eye and it goes back to normal.
