terrible noise very acoustic area

Please pray for peace in my neighbourhood. I want peace for thinking and community with God. Some man is making terrible noise (very accoustic area) hitting/cleaning carpets. Nobody does that any more?? Besides the area has much more buildings now then in the past times. It is not created...
