temporary blessing

I notice that some(including me)get different levels of blessings.Like me, when I have a need of something, God might do a "patch up job",on somme small things ,it "tampers down:the problem, but not completely solves it.Or a "temporary"blessing, buys me time, but the problem comes back.Like...
