swallowing difficulty

My father ###. Has difficulty in swallowing food. It doesn't go inside his throat. Can't eat solid food. Even puree food also difficult to swallow. Very less he eats bcoz not able to eat so. Even if he drinks water gives him chocking. Even food also gives him chocking. I feel sad to see. To see...
